Sponsorship
How can I help? Sponsorship & Donation
Supporting those with no voice - please help us to keep their smiles!
Having a sponsor means so much to the girls - and they will never forget you. A few comments from Kerala at Christmas from sponsored girls:
‘Your love and care is the visible heaven in our earth. And both of you are the cute angels in my heaven’.
‘Thank you for your unlimited love and care’.
‘I always thank God for keeping my soul in safe hands’.
We support Valsalya Bhavan and Valsalya Bhavan Annexe - homes for girls, aged between 4 and 16, who have been abandoned. Many girls have sponsors, but the girls featured below still need sponsors. Sponsorship funding is used to provide food, travel, clothing, medicines, toiletries, educational and extra-curricular activities.
Could you help to support a child who has suffered not only from financial poverty but from deep emotional poverty, experiencing no support system, no role model and no access to a nurturing adult? Valsalya Bhavan has a large heart filled with love and compassion for the poor, and sees each child as sacred, special and unique. Through the dedication, commitment and sincerity of purpose of the staff, each child is able to be helped to reach her full potential.
Sponsors will receive information and photographs of their child, an annual letter from their child in India and annual newsletter from Kerala Crafts.
Sponsorship starts from just £10 per month to £30.
