There are many traditional designs that are being incorporated in a new way. This facility helps us develop our own creativity. Innovation is welcome. Our seniors show much attention and take our suggestions seriously. The returns from this job have helped us very much in our daily lives. Earlier we were finding it difficult to keep our children in school and could not meet their education expenses. Now with the additional income from this job, that worry is taken care of.

We have been constantly researching new designs that can be made with traditional materials at the same time meeting the requirements of international markets. Our women workers' livelihood completely depended upon the people who are giving us outlets and buying product from us. In recent years, the products of our artisans are in great demand domestically and in countries like the United Kingdom because of their pure simplicity, enchanting folk motifs and refreshing form.Mary Philip
This is really a nice place to work. Besides regular pay and benefits, some of us are given time off at times to complete our exams and study. I'm really able to look after my family with the income I'm earning from here. Thanks to the people who are encouraging us. We have a good environment and the facilities here are nice. |
