Can I pay by cheque?
Yes you can. We send goods out within 48 hours of receiving your cheque or postal order, although for first orders please allow several working days for your cheque to clear.

Please make sure your payment includes postage and packaging charges. We are only able to accept payments in pounds stirling. Please write your cheque guarantee number, expiry date and your home address on the back of your cheque. Make your cheques payable to Kerala Crafts and send to:

DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

We will despatch goods within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot despatch your order within this time we will contact you to let you know the reason for the delay, so that you can decide whether to wait.
Goods are sent using Second Class Mail. For larger items we use a Next Day parcel courier.
Postage charges for bulk orders will be confirmed.

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to anywhere within the United Kingdom. We do not currently send goods outside of united kingdom
